We really do mean it when we say that proceeds from concerts, come & sing days & workshops go to Barts Cancer Unit.

For many years BAFCO has had the pleasure of handing over a cheque to support the patients, families and staff for those little extras that make a difference. This is only possible due to the generosity of our audience, supporters and BAFCO members.

Receiving this year’s cheque, Tom Murtagh, Community Fundraising Manager at Barts Charity said:

A huge thank you to everyone at BAFCO for another incredible donation of £2,000 to the Bodley Scott Fund at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. We are so grateful for the continued support of this vital service. Donations help fund staff wellbeing initiatives, training and professional development opportunities, recognising that supporting the wellbeing and resilience of healthcare teams is essential to delivering the highest quality care for people living with cancer. The fund also supports projects that enhance patient comfort and experience.

accommodation for outpatients who are receiving daily care in the hospital
or who have to arrive at the hospital very early in the morning.]
