Rehearsals for Coronation Anthems

IMG_20180122_154614We start rehearsals for Handel’s Coronation Anthems at 7.00 pm on Friday 7th September and are inviting you to come and rehearse with us.

Our small, friendly group meets in the wonderful setting of St Bartholomew-the-Less, within the grounds of Barts Hospital.

There are no auditions but if you can hold a tune and are enthusiastic, you are welcome to join us.

So, Fridays from 7.00-9.00 pm in Barts-the-Less, Barts Hospital, West Smithfield (Giltspur Street), EC1A 7BE – just inside the Henry VIII Gate, opposite Smithfield Meat Market.

Barts Friday evening Choir welcomes all voices – small, friendly group, just starting to prepare Dvorak Requiem for performance 31 March – if you can sing in tune and have lots of enthusiasm you are welcome, no audition or musical tests. Fridays 7.00 – 9.00, Barts-the-Less (just on the left inside the Hospital Henry VIII Gate, opposite Smithfield Meat Market) – come along (copies available)

ALSO – Instant performance of the Requiems of Mozart and Faure – Barts Great Hall, 7.30 Monday 10 February – bring your own copies
